1. Main materials of led module---PCB board
Choosing the right LED modules and components is crucial to the success of your LED display. There are many factors to consider, including power consumption and heat dissipation of the components. are MBI 5352, MBI 5124, MBI 5153. Also 16106,16207 from
Sunmoon, and some other brands.
• Each IC with models (we provide IC according to your demands)
• Purple Tagging: aluminum electrolysis
• Yellow Tagging: 510 resistor packs

• Indoor models: 1010, 1515, 2121, 3528
• Outdoor models: 1921, 2727,3535
• Remarks: we provide led lamps with copper wire (If the customers
not have special requirements)

Finished product testing:
- Single cabinet’s electrical performance test.
- Outdoor cabinet’s waterproofing test.
- Cabinet’s pressure test.
- Cabinet’s ground test.
- Cabinet’s leakage current test.
- Connect the entire screen for the aging test.
- Carry out a power-off test on the whole screen.
- Grouped equipment, and accessories testing.
After an LED cabinet is assembled, the screen should be tested for ＞72 hours.
