Here are several ways to maintain the LED display:
1. Don’t be exposed to humidity for a long time.
2. Relevant equipment such as the PC of LED display should be placed in the air-conditioning room to ensure the ventilation, heat dissipation and stable work.
3. A stable power supply and good grounding protection. It should not be used in harsh natural conditions, especially in strong thunder and lightning weather.
4. Forbid water, iron powder and other metal materials that are easy to conduct electricity in the screen body. LED display should be placed in a low dust environment as possible. Too much dust will affect the display effect, even damage the circuit. If an led display is flooded, please power off immediately and contact maintenance personnel. Don’t use it until the display panel inside is dry.
5. Switching sequence of LED display: A: first, turn on the control PC to make it work properly, then turn on the LED display; B: turn off the LED display screen first, then turn off the PC.
6. When led display work, do not stay in full white, red, green, blue and other full bright screens for a long time to avoid the excessive current, excessive heating of power cord, damage of LED lamp, which is affecting the life of the display. Not disassemble or assemble the screen at will.
7. It is suggested that the rest time of LED displays should be ＞2 hours/day. During the rainy season, an LED display should be used at least once a week. Usually, the screen needs to be turned on at least once a month, and more than 2 hours each time.
8. The surface of the LED display can be wiped with alcohol or with a brush or a vacuum cleaner. It can not be wiped directly with the wet cloth.
9. Regularly check the LED display to see if it is working properly. If it is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
